Hurricane "Jeanne" with 105 mph winds in the Atlantic east of the northern Bahamas or about 765 miles SE of the upper coast of Georgia.

The Satellite passed over the area from SSE to NNW at 5:00 PM EDT.

Multi-spectral image use the two visible channels and one thermal channel of the weather satellite. Most of the image is of the visible light with the high thin clouds tinted blue
